Enrica De Nicola, born in 1987 in Rome. After the bachelor's degree in law, she studied photography at Scuola Romana di Fotografia in Rome. Her visual approach involves different photographic fields: she's interested in portrait, fashion, architecture and storytelling. In 2014 she’s among the winners of the Leica Talent with the project “Still There”, a documentary serie about a nuclear power plant in the south of Italy. In 2015 she takes part as artist in residence in the "Langhe Project", a residency promoted by Regione Piemonte, Leica and Camera Torino, aimed to shoot the Langhe’s area (recently included in the World Heritage Site category by UNESCO ), under the guidelines of the Magnum photographer Harry Gruyaert. Afterwards she moved to Paris, and there she worked as intern in traditional silver print beside Diamantino Quintas.
